HANSHESWARI TEMPLE, BANSBERIA

Hansheswari Temple was constructed by Raja Narsingha Deo in 1801 and was completed in 1814. Built with a unique blend of European architectural styles, it has 13 turrets, surmounted by ornate pink lotus buds.
It's like RUSSIAN MONASTERY.

Here also exist RASHA MANDALA, unlikely Shyam Rai Temple of Bishnupur. Small but beautiful Rasha Mandal in the wall of Ananta Vasudeva Temple of Bansberia.

Ananta Vasudeva Temple is a Vaishnava temple built by Raja Rameshwar Datta in 1694.It is constructed in the ek- ratna style with curved cornices and an octagonal tower, that is also seen in several temples of Bishnupur. The intricate reliefs on the temple's terracotta walls and pillars depict scenes from Ramayana, Krishnalila & Mahabharata.
